Villa
Camellia is a beautiful Orlando rental villa situated in the gated
community of Tuscan Hills, one of Orlando's newest and most impressive
luxury communities. The home is also close to Disney - approximately 15
minutes drive to the Disney welcome gate - and under 30 minutes to all
the rest of the other major Orlando attractions. |
The Villa's Location |

Being located on the US 27, just one mile from the intersection with the
US 192, the home gives you direct access to Orlando's main
thoroughfares, making it easy to get to where ever you wish to go around
Orlando. The Interstate 4 is 5 minutes drive and provides easy access to
the Gulf coast Tampa and Clearwater (60 minutes) and to the centre of
Orlando (Universal Studios/SeaWorld 20 minutes) the Airports (Orlando
airport 30 minutes, Sanford airport 1 hour) and the Atlantic coast
(Kennedy Space Centre and Daytona Beach).
Tuscan Hills is located just a short distance from all the essential amenities including a variety of shops & restaurants, several banks, petrol station, a Super Wal-Mart and Publix supermarket. |

With almost 2,400 square feet of living space, and an extended pool
area, the villa is larger than the average Orlando rental villa, and is
therefore ideal for parties of up to twelve people. The family room is open plan and is very spacious and beautifully furnished and has a 56” HD TV and DVD player. There is also a separate half-bath (toilet with washbasin) on the ground floor. The dining room has a large table and can easily seat 8 people. This beautifully furnished and well equipped Orlando rental villa offers the following: * Master Suite (wheel chair accessible from living room) has a Queen size bed, TV and DVD. It has its own en suite bathroom. It also has its own small patio area. * Master bathroom is wheelchair accessible and has a large walk-in shower plus it has a separate bath. * Second master bedroom also has a Queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom. It too has a large walk-in shower. * Bedrooms three, four and five are all twin-bedded rooms, are beautifully decorated and each has a Plug n' Play game or games console. Also available is a PS2 in the home. * Family bathroom on that has a bath and shower. * Games room comprising Pool, Air hockey, Table Tennis, Backgammon. Wilson tennis rackets and balls are provided for the use of guests. * Fully equipped kitchen including electric range, built-in microwave, dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator and freezer providing chilled water, crushed or cubed ice. * Laundry room with washer, dryer and iron and ironing board. * Beautiful large 26-feet by 13-feet heated pool with raised heated spa. * Extended deck area and shaded patio - whole area screened. * Gorgeous Mediterranean styling throughout with terracotta roof tiles. * FREE internet access and international phone calls. * Complimentary use of large (Graco) pushchair, high chair and large cot and linen. * Landscaped garden with palm trees. |

Included in the rental cost is FREE broadband wireless internet access,
FREE local and national telephone calls, Florida sales tax and post
visit cleaning fee. All bedding and towels are provided and both en suite bathrooms have a hairdryer. In addition this holiday home is child friendly having a highchair, large (Graco) stroller/pushchair and full size crib and linen supplied. All doors leading to the pool area are alarmed and the pool itself can be fenced in seconds for peace of mind. |
