The villa is situated on the prestigious and highly sought after Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club, so what more could any golf lover want? Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club is in an ideal location for both the thrill seekers (i.e. those there for the Disney and Universal Parks etc.) and for golfers as the Club has an 18-hole, Par 72, Mike Dasher designed Championship Golf Course right on their doorstep and Disney World is less than 15 minutes drive away! Furthermore, the home's central location is ideal for exploring the other attractions and sights that Florida has to offer such as Kennedy Space Center, the beaches of Clearwater and Daytona and for the eco-warier, a trip to Florida's everglades is within reach. |

As well as the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms alluded to above, Golfers Paradise Villa also features a fully equipped games room with a pool table, a foosball table, air hockey table and an electronic dart board and provides sanctuary if the Florida weather is not in the 80s (or if it is raining!). The main living area boasts a 42” LCD TV with DVD player and PlayStation2 games console. With a further 4 LCD TVs throughout the home this ensures that everyone can get away and have their own bit of privacy. For the younger of our guests i.e. those not yet walking, those learning to walk or the little ones that still have their 'L' plates, baby/toddler equipment (cot and stroller) is provided in the villa and is FREELY available for use. A high chair is available for hire from the management company as is a gas BBQ. The pool and deck area are fully screened. They also have the enviable position of facing onto conservation woodland and are not overlooked thus offering total privacy. The pool has the option of being heated if required. The lanai/sun deck has sun beds and a large dinning table and chairs for your comfort. The home has wireless DSL throughout and you can enjoy FREE local and international telephone calls to help ensure that all your needs are catered for. |

The property offers seclusion and privacy for relaxation. However its seclusion is not at the expense of being miles from anywhere, it is only a 5 minute stroll to shops, restaurants, banks and food takeaways! |
